CI Academy
Become AI native. Start with your inbox, end with a firm that runs on agents.
Most people use AI as a chatbot. The same tools now take real work, do it the way you would, and run again tomorrow without you.
We teach that in five modules. Each one ends with something running in your job the next morning.
No field has ever moved this fast. We work at its front, and the course moves with it, month by month.
Who it is for.
-
Professionals who have used a chatbot and want it to do real work: brokers, property managers, assistants, owners, anyone whose day starts with a full inbox.
-
Firms that want everyone working the same way, with one set of rules.
-
Not for people looking for a tool tour or a prompt list. You build something in every session.
The path.
-
01 Automate the biggest time sink in your day Hand real work to an assistant you built and get it back finished, the way you would have done it. Beginner to advanced, in one course. Beginner Three live sessions Next dates on request Price on request
Every job has one task that eats the morning. For most people it is the inbox. For some it is the reporting, the follow-ups, the paperwork after every viewing.
Module 1 takes yours and hands it to an assistant you build yourself. It reads what came in, ranks it by your rules, drafts the replies in your tone, and puts a brief in front of you before you sit down.
You will
- Hand over real work in plain language and get it back finished, and learn why the first attempt is not good yet and what to say so it is.
- Put your standards in writing, what counts as urgent, what stays confidential, what it may never send, and save them as a method the tool keeps.
- Schedule it, read what it did, correct it, stop it.
- Do it again on a second task, on your own.
The tools are the easy part. Knowing what to hand over, what to demand and where the line is takes someone who has done it a hundred times, and that is what you pay for.
You leave with the assistant running, your method saved, and the judgment to build the next one.
-
02 Take on work that looks impossible from where you sit The project you never started because it would take a team: finish it. Run it by voice from the car or the site and arrive to results. Intermediate Interest list open
Everyone has the project they never start: the market study, the follow-up system, the report nobody has time to build. It would take a team, so it waits.
In module 2 you finish one, and you find out that most of what looks impossible from where you sit is a week’s work once you know how to run these tools.
You will
- Turn a vague goal into decisions the tool can act on, and plan until nothing is left to guess.
- Split the work into pieces it can do on its own, run them side by side, and judge what comes back.
- Work by voice: brief it from the car after a viewing, and arrive to a finished draft.
- Pick the next thing that looked too big.
Default project for the first cohort: your inquiries turned into a system that categorises, qualifies, drafts, chases and hands off to the right colleague.
You leave with it running on your data, and with a way of working that scales to whatever you point it at.
Interest list open. Experienced participants can enter here after a short readiness check.
-
03 Add the capacity of new hires without hiring Wire it into the systems your business runs on. Every inquiry answered and qualified within minutes, competitors watched, reports written from data you already have. The first to answer usually gets the deal. Advanced Roadmap
Module 3 wires what you built into the systems the business runs on: CRM, portals, mail, calendars.
The lead system answers and qualifies every inquiry within minutes, and the first to answer usually gets the deal. A watch on your competitors’ listings lands on your desk every week, with sources. Reports write themselves from data you already have. Everything the rules do not cover goes to a named person.
You will
- Connect a workflow to a live system and choose the right kind of connection for the job.
- Decide what it may read, write and trigger, and what always needs a person.
- Build one monitor that alerts when it should and stays quiet when it should not.
This is where the business feels it: work that used to need another hire, done.
Roadmap. Content follows what the first cohorts need most.
-
04 Run it like a business: reliable, efficient, safe Systems that run for months on real customers. Know what they get wrong and what they cost before they do, and hand them more work because you can prove they deserve it. Mastering Roadmap
A demo runs once. A system runs for months, on real customers, and that is where reputations are made or lost.
Module 4 is how to run it like a business.
You will
- Measure what it gets wrong before you change anything, so every change is an improvement you can show.
- Choose the AI that meets your quality bar at the lowest cost, and know the monthly bill before it runs.
- Make some rules impossible to break, such as never sending without approval, even if the AI ignores an instruction.
- Have an AI from a different maker check important work before you approve it.
- Restore a working version after a failure and know exactly which work needs a second look.
Roadmap.
-
05 Level up the whole firm Your best person’s way of working becomes everyone’s. One colleague’s correction reaches the whole firm by the afternoon. This is what an AI native company looks like. Team systems Roadmap
One person working this way is fast. A whole firm working this way is a different company.
Module 5 makes the method everyone’s: your best person’s way of working becomes the firm’s, improvements reach every colleague and every assistant the same afternoon, and sensitive actions always need a named approval.
You will
- Give the whole team one set of working instructions the firm owns, whichever accounts people use.
- Let anyone propose an improvement, approve it before others use it, and go back to the previous version if needed.
- Keep a record of who approved what.
- Turn one person’s correction into something the whole firm works with from then on.
Roadmap. Firms that want this now get it as a project.

Why not a free tutorial.
Tutorials show you the buttons. We apply them to your job, your systems and your data, so the gain shows up tomorrow: hours back, faster answers, more deals closed, a firm that runs better.
And we are at the front of a field that changes every month, so you learn what works now, not what worked last spring.

Training for your whole firm.
Customized and tailored programmes are available for companies.
We come to you, take your people by the hand and make the firm AI ready. The programme runs on your systems, your cases and the way your firm already works, and it is in-house from the first session.
